Returns and Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

Our team will review your request, and if approved, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that we may request the item be returned to our fulfillment center before a refund is processed. In such cases, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, all items are final sale unless they meet the conditions listed above (incorrect or defective).
